MOUNT TYPES:

Inside mounted shades require a minimum frame depth of 3.5 inches for secure installation. To ensure a proper fit inside the window frame, these shades will have a deduction of approximately 0.4 inches. If your window frame depth is less than 2.5 inches, please select an outside mount.

Outside mounted shades should be ordered with the exact width of the area you wish to cover. This mount type is often used when there is not sufficient frame depth for inside mounting. Our shades come with all mounting hardware for both inside and outside installations.

INSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: 1. Measure the inside frame width at three locations - the top, middle, and bottom. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and deduct 1/4 inch as your inside width when ordering. 2. Measure the height at 3 locations - the left, middle, and right side. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use that number as your inside height when ordering.

OUTSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: 1. Measure the outside frame width, adding 6-10 inches to determine the outside mount width. 2. Measure the outside frame length, adding 5-10 inches to determine the outside mount length. The overlap is recommended to allow appropriate coverage and avoid any light gaps.

DESCRIPTION: These Roman bamboo blinds are made from 100% natural materials and come with a 6-inch matching valance. Two control systems are available - gently pull or push the bottom bar to control the cordless Roman shade. Cordless Roman shades can only be mounted indoors. Bamboo shades without a liner cannot provide privacy, but a liner can be ordered to block light. Bamboo shades are for indoor use only.

INSIDE MOUNT: The minimum depth for a Roman shade is 2 inches. The shade width will be 0.4 inches shorter than the window opening width, and the shade height will be the same as the window height. For example, if the window opening is 25.5 inches wide by 48 inches high, the shade width will be 25.1 inches (25.5 inches - 0.4 inches), and the shade height will be 48 inches.

OUTSIDE MOUNT: The shade width should be 3-6 inches wider than the window width, and the shade height should be 8-10 inches longer than the window height for better coverage. For example, if the window outside is 25 inches wide by 36 inches high, the shade width should be more than 28 inches (25 inches + 3 inches), and the shade length should be longer than 44 inches (36 inches + 8 inches).

SHIPPING: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses because the shades are too long for the Post. In this case, you need to provide a physical address to receive the package.
