The upper rail width of these standard 1/5 inch deduction blinds is designed for a proper INSIDE MOUNT fit. The actual blinds size is 19 4/5" x 72" H. Please note that the fabric width is 1 4/5 narrower than the upper rail (NOT the window). Additionally, there is at least a 9/10 inch light gap on both the left and right sides. Kindly refer to the picture to understand the potential light gap on the window.
