As these shades are naturally woven from real bamboo, some variation in color and material is normal. If you are ordering multiple shades for nearby windows, let us know, and our warehouse will ensure consistency by using material from the same dye lot.

Ordering the right size is essential for a perfect fit. If you are doing an inside mount, order the full window size, and we will make a small 3/8" deduction to ensure the shade fits and operates smoothly. The recommended window depth is 1.75", but 1" depth may work with solid wood frames using one row of bracket holes.

For outside mounts, order the size you want the blind to be, and let us know it's for an outside mount. We will not make any deductions, and side returns will be included. Make sure to add at least 2" above the window for the brackets.
